When do the Boxes ship?

The FoxBox is a prepaid subscription service. You pay in advance of receiving your box packed with goodies, this is because the box is made to order and allows you to get a great deal on the latest CXIX Apparel.

The boxes ship every Quarter: March, June, September, December.

Each box is USD 64.99 (plus shipping), the first is paid in one instalment when you first purchase. After your first order, you will be charged every quarter for the upcoming FoxBox - this is done automatically 2 months prior to the shipping: on the 28th March, 28th June, 28th September and 28th December (e.g. 28th March payment would be for June shipping). When you sign up, you will be a subscriber which means you will receive all upcoming boxes. You cannot subscribe and receive a past box - this is not the nature of subscription boxes!

How do I Update my size?

  1. Log into your account here: https://us.cxix.com/account/login
  2. Click ‘manage subscription’ on your active subscription
  3. From here you can edit your sizes

If you have ALREADY PAID for your next FoxBox you must email foxbox@cxix.com with the new size you need and we will manually update this for you.

You must let us know of size changes SIX WEEKS ahead of your next box shipping, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed.

You can only update sizing through your account when the subscriptions are open on the website. Please email us instead if you want to make size updates while the subscriptions are closed (Any other details you can update any time - shipping address, billing information)

How do I update my postal address?

  1. Log into your account here: https://us.cxix.com/account/login
  2. Click ‘manage subscription’ on your active subscription
  3. From here you can edit your address

If you have ALREADY PAID for your next FoxBox you must email foxbox@cxix.com with the new address as we will need to manually update this for you.

You must let us know of a change of address TWO WEEKS ahead of your next box shipping, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped to the new address.

If the address is not updated within the outlined time frame CXIX hold no responsibility for the delivery of the order and will not reship.

I’ve received my FoxBox, some of the items don’t fit, can I change size?

We order a small amount of extra units for exchanges (you're welcome!). In the event we don't have your size you can exchange for equal value online, or in a gift card. To exchange, please email foxbox@cxix.com with the following information:

  1. The name you ordered under
  2. Your order number
  3. Items you wish to exchange
  4. Reason for Return

From this information we will be able to advise how to progress your exchange.

I’ve received my FoxBox, I don’t like some of the items, what can I do?

The FoxBox is a subscription service packed with surprise goodies! Each box is different, and we hope you love all your items.

If you don’t, we have an online community ‘The Den’ where you can post any items for sale, it's most likely someone will give them a loving home.

(No store credit returns for FoxBox)

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Log into your account here: https://us.cxix.com/account/login
2. Click ‘manage subscription’ on your active subscription
3. From here you can cancel your subscription

    You can also choose to skip the next box if you don't want to unsubscribe but can't afford the box that particular quarter. Please do this before you are charged on the 28th. You can do this in your Account - Manage subscriptions - Schedules.

    If your next FoxBox has already been paid for you can only request a refund two months prior to the shipping date, after this date your order will not be refunded.

    My card has been declined, what happens next?

    If you've had insufficient funds in your account at the time of the automatic charge (28th March / June / September / December), the system will try re-charge you every few days until we've reached the maximum amount of retries (5). If the payment still hasn't gone through after this, your subscription will be paused so you will need to un-pause it or contact us for assistance. 

    Recently changed your bank card? You can update your payment details on your account under Manage subscriptions - Payment Methods.

    Can I access the tutorials after 3 months have passed?

    The tutorials are only available for 3 months so please make sure you use them in that time - we are unable to provide you access once they have been taken down.
