Social Media Coordinator

Role: Social Media CoordinatorLocation: Sydney, Australia

Looking for a creative, fast-moving Social Media Coordinator to join our fun and vibrant team, to take ownership of content across multiple brands and platforms.You’ll be working across three brands: CXIX (women's clothing), Hella Heels (platform heels) & HOAH (swimwear).This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, how to tell compelling visual stories, and can bring each brand’s identity to life through engaging content.

Main duties:

• Manage brand accounts on social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Facebook

• Plan, shoot, and edit high performing social content 

• Create and execute content calendars

• Lead Pinterest by populating the platform with content for every new launch, creating visually compelling boards and using trends to drive discovery, traffic, and sales

• Lead YouTube strategy and execution, creating long form content as well as Shorts, scaling the channel with a focus on monetisation, growth and revenue opportunities

• Keep Facebook community engaged and informed, on both pages, and groups, with regular product and event updates as well as reels and static posts where applicable

• Focus on growth coded Reels/TikTok-style content, as well as Instagram static grid posts

• Monitor performance and continuously optimize for engagement and growth

• Stay ahead of trends and adapt them to each brand's voice and aesthetic

• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and storytelling direction

• Work quickly and efficiently, responding to trends in real time

What we're looking for:

• Strong video filming (iphone) and editing skills

• A sharp eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling

• Deep understanding of social media trends and platforms

• Ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands at once

• Proactive, fast-paced, and able to work with a sense of urgency

• Experience growing engagement and building community

Role details: 

• Full time position preferred, however part time will be considered

We are sponsorship approved, we accept WHV and for this role would want a candidate who would look to grow with us long term. Office based in Alexandria, Sydney.
